Cooking method - The food is dipped in melted butter, dredged in the Blackening Spice and then cooked in a super hot pan. Cast Iron skillets are perfect. Can get smokey so make sure area is well ventilated.
Great for adding flavor to flour when deep frying all types of food. Also makes a great dip when mixed with mayo, also great on tacos!
